Info: fRULOn is weak, but fast. mOPTArs themselves weren't able to use them in combat. After they joined the UFP these ships were welcomed to the Starfleet, however no more of them was built. Because of their rather poor performance as attack ships during the Dominion war they joined the colonial defense forces and proved to be rather effective in that job against the Lightness.
