Info: One of the standard science ships in the IPA. IPA got quite little of these after the independence, but has been building lot's of more. None has been modified in these ships.

Capable of landing to planet: Yes.
Capable of atmospheric flight: Yes.
Reactors: One large Antimatter reactors and three medium fusion reactors.
Info: Not so much used by IPA, but because they have these so much (about 250) they're still using these. Helps other science ships and have been quite helpful. About 12 were destroyed in the conflict, since lot's of Oberths were used as target drones without any kind of crew. Modified jump drives, engine systems, weaponry and shielding.

Folan Scout MkII

Weapons: Four heavy distruptors, 12 medium distruptors, 20 light distruptors and four torpedo launchers.
Shields: Energy shields 150 000.

Capable of atmospheric flight: Yes.
Reactors: One large Antimatter reactors and two large fusion reactors.
Info: Not so much used in the IPA. Since Folans never have made any GOOD science ships Folan scout MkII has little of science space and it isn't so good either. Still there's about 30 of these in the IPA. More used as a protector to other science ships. It was also used in the conflict, but only to protect some colonies or bases.

Info: Folans have given a LOT'S of these ships to IPA. Totally about 300. It's quite unknown why, but apparently the ships they've given don't have much anything left except armor and hull. These were also used as "target drones" during the conflict and that's why over 30 were destroyed. Some speed modifications have been made.

Armor: Light capital ship armor.
Weapons: Four heavy distruptors, 12 medium distruptors, 20 light distruptors and four torpedo launchers.
Shields: Energy shields 110 000.
Fighters: None.
Max. crew: 2 000

Cargo space: 2 km³
Capable of landing to planet: Yes.
Capable of atmospheric flight: Yes.
Reactors: One large Antimatter reactors and two large fusion reactors.
Info: Quite lot of used in the IPA. Not so much as Nebula or Space though, since Fehl'Kihr has poor science capabilities, but better than the Folan scout's. Speed has been increased, but shields have been weakened. IPA has about 11 of these ships in use. None were seen during the conflict.
